Scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and a repair and retreat bond. Chose Future Services SPECIFICALLY because the scheduling person I spoke with said they would bond my home. Technician came out and conducted the inspection and we received the clear letter, but no mention of the repair/retreat bond. Realtor told us the technician said no repair/retreat bond was possible due to age of house - which is something the scheduling person asked when I first called.

I called to follow up with the office to confirm, but the person I spoke with didn't know why the technician said that or have any suggestions for how to solve. She said the technician would call me back, but that hasn't happened.
