this is a mixed review.....your reps on the phone are great! the servicemen are friendly and professional....all of them, because I rarely see the same person twice. Now the concern or my problem, is that it takes too many call & appointments to resolve a sprinkler system. From leaks, to broken heads, to broken lines (which my patio paver contractor must have broken, but I paid $425 to correct) Even today, your people are scheduled to come out and fix two sprinkler heads that are not working. My new seeds are not taking hold, parts of the lawn are becoming brown in spots. I trust your company, but when come out to correct a problem, they should ensure the whole system is working correctly and not just run to the next job.....thank you for listening to my frustration.
