My first contact brought out Connor and treatment for roaches, rats, mice and other creepy crawling things. They were efficient and are always on time. I purchased a contract so they would come periodically and maintain prevention after eradicated the initial invasion.
Now after my new renters moved in a real mess began because we found out there were bedbugs as well! And of course they are treated a bit different.
Conner was very timely and efficient at getting on this problem. They work in conjunction with my renters to eradicate the little buggers. It takes time with this and patience too. I have also purchased a maintenance package for bed bugs which I highly recommend!
