Very attentive sales rep! No matter what time of day or hour he is there to respond to my questions. Will take as long a it takes to go over what the customer needs. No, well "I have to be here or there, next appointment". You, the customer is the #1 person at the time. That #1 customer satisfaction is very rare at the time and age. THEN when a supervisor comes out to re-verify, you know (at least appears) that the customer is not getting scammed. Wonderful company. Also, if one part of your contract i.e. the rodent problem sugguests any additional services, just call your sales rep and he/she will tell you if you REALLY need what was suggested. Within the company, individual support of the customer at each level gives a sure bet of taking care of the right decision that is best.
