I find it a bit ridiculous that I have been a long time customer of yours and now you want to charge me more for night service when I use to get inky night service and you guys changed it up on me! And now that I have a mice problem and asking to have someone swing by at night to address the issue. All I got was that I should hire a construction company because my buildining is very old!! Or that I have many opened holes yet Juan who was speaking to my assistant was not willing to help. Yet again I have been nothing but a loyal customer. It’s a bit of a shame. And not really customer friendly. If my problem is at night. Not sure why my tech is coming in the morning. He can’t see what’s the issue!!! I don’t think I will be continuing much more with you guys. I will be looking at other companies that actually care about their customers !!
