Currently, this rating is based solely on an inspection. We operate as a family unit here at our place of business (though we are not related by blood), and Robert, literally fit right in! He was open, connected with all of us, made us laugh on several occasions, but balanced professionalism simultaneously well. He literally diagnosed the issue before ringing our bell. I truly appreciate and respect the passion he has for what he does and he is really good at it; "The Specialist" is what he says, and I strongly concur. With the diagnosis, Robert was also able to quote a super reasonable price for the solution. Based on this one experience alone, we are all looking forward to continue business with this company and become retaining clients. You all have Robert to thank for that!
