I want to start off by saying all of the customer service representatives on the phone were great! Nice, polite, and very helpful. BUT, when someone was supposed to call me back to actually set up the appointment, days would go by. I gave them 3 chances because they were recommended by a friend. I tried 3 different times and days to set up a call back and never received one. I was told each time how long it would take for someone to call me back and it didn't happen. After 4 days I had to go with another company who immediately responded, called back, and came out to my house within 1 day. They eventually did call, but it was too little too late. Extremely disappointed with Viking Pest Services.
