All is good. Only one "concern", and that was the "delay" (the representative stated there was a prior try to contact us, but this service is important to us and we would have responded promptly if we received the "call") in us getting the "usual" reminder that our annual contract was due for renewal. Fortunately, the "follow up" did get "to us", and all went well from there!!!
