I signed up initially on August 8th for service that was conducted approximately one week later. The technician was scheduled to arrive at 8:00am and arrived 40 minutes late. Less than a month later the same technician showed up at my house on Friday, 2 September at 5:30pm to do this month's treatment. No phone call received ahead of time and less than a month later. Very unhappy with service!
