I have had to call you several times to keep my lawn green and I am not happy about that. After i call, your guy comes and gives me an excuse such as well that section in front is near the street and that is why it is not green. So, I asked him how come my neighbor's front grass is green right next door. So, frankly I am tired of hearing excuses. I want you to do a much better job or else I will be looking for someone else - maybe my neighbor's provider.
