Rating would be higher, but there were issues with man power. Apparently one technician originally assigned to the job either quit or was let go, resulting in almost all of the project being done by J.D. (He did a wonderful job and worked very hard.) Also, communication between the technicians and office seemed to be skewed - we were told different arrival times, etc. The work itself was good, but here we are a week later with a still unfinished job.
