Positive: The guys were very friendly - the carpet they cleaned (stairs and hallway) turned out well.
Bad: I paid to have a couch, love seat, and mattress cleaned and deodorized - they smelled good when the guys left - but within 3 days, smelled bad again. Wish I wouldn’t have spent all that money and will never do this again.

Sorry for your disatifaction. We need to find out the cause of the odor. If it is from a pet and urine, it could have went through the material and soaked into the cushion. In that case the only rememdy would be replacing the cushion. I will have someone from the office reach out to you to see if we can help.
