We have not been very happy lately.First off,no one showed up and no phone call when we were scheduled June 13th after we waited all day.We were rescheduled for the following Saturday . Dean was here first thing that morning.We have no problem with Dean, he was very apologetic and he is always polite .He did not have a sprayer that would reach the second floor.We don’t feel quarterly service is as efficient as the monthly service was.We had ants on the porch the next day!We never had any insect problem when we were sprayed every month and the top floor sprayed.At this time we are considering canceling our service.Sincerely,Darleen Seymour.
