I'm worst off now than when they started! I had AC when they came to my house, now I don't have AC! Misdiagnosed the problem by guessing, that cost me hundreds of dollars and weeks of waiting. Now, they want over a thousand dollars for what they think is the problem now! I asked for senior technician to come out to confirm the issue and he(Butch) never
even looked the unit. So, here I sit without AC! Thank you Bell-Cow,for screwing me over!
