The tech really tried to figure out what was going on with our system. The company we tried before them (5 start heating) was awful...lied to us on several occasions, ordered parts that didn't need fixing while we waited with no heat. We were without heat for almost 3 wks because of them. The tech from Bell Cow figured out what was going on and fixed it in the dark and cold and spent more time at our house than the other company did all 3 times they came combined. I would recommend.
