I was not happy that I was not told that roof tiles in several places had been Brocken . If I had not carefully inspected my roof and found these I would have had a leaking roof . I was able to replace them , and acknowledge my contract warned of possible tile damage . However even if you are not liable for repairing the damage you should at least tell the owner about it .
