Well, it has not started out great for the inital service the tech was supposed to be here between &10 AM No. Show I waited till noon and called Jennifer who told me the tech got stuck in De Land and she would call me back ASAP so by 1 P.m. I thought I should call her back and Sam the tech arrived very nice and knowledgeable man shortly after my rodent box arrived and here I initially thought it was already put in my yard like I said not a great start but I am willing to understand that a bust business such as Home Paramount can be flooded with many calls and service so I am more than willing to see what the future holds for me since I have a monthly plan with them and hopefully, this will work out to be a very good customer and company association.
