Not thrilled with them. It takes 2 separate appointments to get the job done. Today they came out for the second time with no fly traps which we specifically requested. Even when the field manager came out ahead of time to see what needed to be done, the technician was not prepared. He only had one fly trap with him. I therefore must schedule another appointment for them to bring more fly traps. We use at least 6. I do like the pest control product they use.
