TERRIBLE! Your service tech performs some service, who knows what, as he never rings the doorbell to explain the service, leaves no paperwork, nothing! Just sticks his sign in the lawn and takes off. Try calling my Ocala office. No luck. Trying calling the home office in Jacksonville, no luck. Only an answering service. Called six times. Left my number. No response yet. Don't you have a single employee a client can speak to? I give up! Let's call it quits!
