We are writing this review to let you know how extremely pleased we were with Ken Santiago and the excellent work he performed.he was very personable, reassuring and professional. When my husband called JP McHale he was frantic due to a beehive in our family room burst through the ceiling. Hundreds of yellow jackets swarmed the room. Fortunately he was unharmed before leaving the room. Ken answered any an all questions we had. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Ken Santiago is an asset to JPMcHale!!!!
