This is the 2nd year we've used GrassRoots. We left for a year and returned explaining the reasons why we were dissatisfied. I can honestly say I've seen a huge improvement. We have our yard treated in addition to our trees and shrubs. The key to getting service is following the instructions left by the technician. I had a few areas in my yard that I was concerned about, I spoke to Glenyn he was very patient in explaining to me what the problem was and made recommendations. He went the extra mile and advised if the problem continued in a week or so contact the office and ask to have him come back out to our location. I think he did an excellent job today!
