I have been happy with your service however this last time I was disappointed that our annual termite inspection wasn’t scheduled at the same time as our quarterly treatment. Joey was very helpful in finding out what had happened and did get permission to do the termite inspection. He didn’t have the certificate and we need that for our records. I’m disappointed I wasn’t told of your new termite inspection policy at the time the quarterly appointment was set up. It could have been taken care of at that time.

I apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. However our policy has always been the same. The software program and guideline has been in place for almost 15 years. Unfortunately some of our staff did not comply. And for that I am sorry. I am sending you a $25 off card to use on your next service.
