Marty is great although his ant treatments did not work so we purchased Terro ant traps and they worked right away. We were very unsatisfied with your termite service. Although the inspection was good, further contact disclosed that your company does no other wood repair after fumigation other than patching and recommended that "any handyman" could do further repairs. After being left in the lurch like this, we decided to have another company do our fumigation for us and do any necessary wood repair and patching. We will most likely continue with your pest control program as it mostly has worked well for us.

Hi Nora, thank you for the feedback and I am sorry we provided less than 5 star service. For the ants they sometimes are stubborn and it could take us several visits. We use the best products we legally can and are constantly training. I see you do call us out a few times in between services, but please know we will always keep coming back at no charge for you!
We have had wood crews and also used contractors with us in the past, but recently have not been able to find any that provide the level of service we ex[ect for our customers.
I understand your frustration on both matters and your words are taken to heart to help us improve.
