Your new technician, Dustin, is wonderful. He is thorough, polite and most professional and a pleasure to go through our home and prepare it for the winter. He not only did the cellar and attic areas but also the entire outside parameter of our home. He told us that is now assigned our area....and THANK GOD....because some of your other technicians were 'reluctant' to do the whole house and outdoors too. THANK YOU for sending us Dustin.
