I have had my 1st experience with Truly Nolen just last week. I explained my needs as my current pest control technician just retired and i wanted to get someone out ASAP. I had a prompt appointment setup for just a few days later. I have had good dealings with everyone from the get go. Jessica who scheduled the appointment who was courteous and kind. Nick the Service Manager who did an inspection. Rick the General Manager who was very responsive when I had follow up questions. And Craig my technician who is very thorough. He was great at explaining what he was doing plus, suggested a few things that I can do with a project that I am currently working on. I am happy with the Service i have received thus far as this is a brand new company to me, and feel that expectations have been met plus I now feel we are on the same page.
