I called Home Paramount in High Point since I get excellent service from Vernon in Durham. Wrong move! I called to have wildlife removed from my vents and a cage installed. Needless to say i still have the wildlife that was “removed” and I was told to open the cage to let it out. That’s why I called Home Paramount so why am I being told to do this. Very disappointing!!! Also I was told by customer service that someone was coming to my home to take a look at my situation did that happen Nooo I received a Vm on my phone. Which leads to another issue since I clearly left another callback number.
