Hello. I have become increasingly unsatisfied with service. I signed up after being impressed by a technician at a friend's house. That tech initially was assigned to my home but several others have shown up since then without explanation. Consistent service by the same tech allows the tech to get to know me and learn about my home. I also receive TOO MANY emails from US Pest and the unsubscribe feature does not work. An example - 9 emails in the month of February including 2 service reports and an invoice. I am considering another service provider.
