Maybe I had the wrong impression. I felt that he was unhappy that he had not been told that I had 2 yellow jacket nests. When I showed him the nest on the dock he said that he couldn't do anything because of the water. I asked him if he knew who I could get to kill them. He said "No". Later that day I went back to check the nests. He had sprayed some while stuff on both of the nest sites. Both nests were, and still are active. I called customer Service, They explained that getting rid of the nests is not part of the regular service. It will cost an extra $225.00 to get rid of them. I've always been satisfied with your service. I just wish that either customer service or the man who came out had taken the time to explain this to me. I am a 76 year old woman. All I ask is that Senior citizens be treated with some consideration and patience. Watching ourselves grow older is not fun for us either.
