1. The technicians are really good about showing up for their appointments well within the time-window.
2. The office staff are gems to relate with when scheduling both regular appointments and special visits in between the regular appointments.
3. I never am made to feel bad when I call for a special visit.
4. I've never had a problem with the computerized automated billing, even including updating the credit card information.
5. The technicians slip into their guest-footwear upon arrival to my home without being asked.
6. When we bought our home but before we moved cross-country to live in it, the office staff related professionally and courteously with our daughter who already lived within the community.
7. The techs are actually very interesting people, and they're OK if you follow them around or if you don't as they do their work....
