Rodney's inspection was timely, thorough ---and required in advance of a VA re-finance loan. His visit to the 'crawl-space', a tight and unpleasant task on the best of days revealed repairs from old termite damage (repairs had been made 10 years before) and a need for ongoing treatment. This came as no surprise, but his additional report that our de-humidifier was leaking WAS! Armed with this information I was able to unclog the drain and prevent what surely would have been a costly, mold creating, problem. All in all a positive, experience. We now have an annual contract with Paramount.
