No call no show. Called the office to see where the pest person was. They said he was running late. This was going to be my first service. I thought this was a bad first impression so I asked to cancel the service. They had me speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back the 2nd time and they said they will refund my money but would not put it back on a credit card. They would mail a check in about 3 weeks. I think this is a long time to keep your money. Not Happy.
