They discovered how critters had been getting into our elderly house, through gaps under the gutters, and fixed that. They kept after our interior problem till that was solved. They installed petsafe baitboxes outside as a barrier since our neighbors keep chickens, and they helped those neighbors deal with their rat problem. They are conscientious and expert.
