No I am not satisfied with your service. I had a mouse infestation in the attic. The first day went fine. The second day was a nightmare. The guy who was to drive the truck and trailer for blowing insulation in didn't show up for work. So they had to find someone else who could. They arrived at my house at 10:30 am. They did not have a ladder on the truck and had to borrow mine. They then proceeded to run large extension cords all through my house to run the large machine in the back of the trailer. When that wasn't working they then had to go rent a generator. After hooking the extension cords to that they discovered the generator was too small and had to go back and rent a larger one. By this time it was 3:30 pm and nothing had been done. They then wanted to cancel and reschedule for another day. I told them it had to be done that day. It was finally completed and they left around 6:30. Not a good way to run a company.
