My experience was very disappointing. I had a squirrel getting into my attic. There were multiple access points, but only one trap was set on the first visit by the wildlife tech. Needless to say that did not work. Finally, the other access points were sealed off except one. I never saw the squirrel caught, however the activity stopped. The tech showed up to my home for the sanitizing of the attic without my being notified he was coming.
Everyone in the customer service department, as well as the techs were very polite and apologetic for the lack of communication.
