I called regarding services I received that was not up to par and the normal standard I have received in the past. I spoke with Daniel in your office and he was rude and disrespectful to me. He said the only way he will rectify the terrible service I received is to sign back with Pest Bear. Since I am no longer a customer he will not do anything for me. Daniel was dismissive and disrespectful and I have the recording to prove it. I will never recommend Pest Bear due to the mistreatment and the disrespect I just received. Pest Bear only cares about the money and does not care about the quality of service. Pest Bear lack customer service and respect.
