Has been great but never knew you came. A card was left with the name Paul who I guess is the tech who came. Usually I get a bill I thought this was letting me know it was time to get your service. I try to plan things around my monthly income since I am retired. This caught me off guard. Usually I call for service. I will try to get paid up by months end. May have to make two payments. Cannot give fair rating since no one was home. So far bug free!!!!!
