Your technicians appear to be competent and hard working. However, I am not pleased with the scheduling as our
project has been spread out over a period of eleven days instead of three consecutive days. Salesman "promised" our project would be completed by 6/15/21 but it is now scheduled to be finished on 6/23/21. It looks to me that our project was prolonged so as to fill-in "holes" in your staffing schedule. I am not ready to assign a rating at this juncture but you won't accept my review until I do so, so I have chosen the average star.
