I think your service is good, but at times I think it can be better. The dollar weed has come back. It isn't because we have had a lot of rain or we are watering too much. We still have some brown patches. If we don't tell the tech about the problems, they are not addressed. If we do not catch the problem, it is not resolved. The problems you see should be taken care of without us saying something.

We certainly don't want you to be unhappy with our service and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. I see you had a service done on April 18th. It is still too soon to do a 2nd treatment on the dollar weed. We like to wait at least 2 weeks because over-treatment can potentially cause damage. I have scheduled a follow up service with your technician 2 weeks from the service date so he can check on the dollar weed & brown patches.
