I've been using Dial for years. I don't call anybody else. They are always able to handle a job or an inspection in a day or two. A few years ago, asked to have my house inspected for termite activity. Steve, the boss, showed up and walked me through the inspection and said everything was Ok. there was no charge for his time and no effort to sell me something I didn't need. Most recently, they sent an exterminator who took care of a hornet's nest under the eaves of a friend's house. They sent another man to the house three weeks later to remove the remains of the dead nest. That's good follow-through.
