I've got a great tech: Jesse. Over the years I and my tenants have had very few bug problems and when one comes up, Lloyd has taken care of it. The minus with Lloyd PC is that they don't follow through and you sometimes have to call multiple times to get something done. The "4 hour window" for appointments is rather long and frustrating; I have waited the whole 4 hours and then called only to be told "Oh, we've had some schedule changes". Overall they do a good job.
