I was made aware that I had a termite infestation at one of my rental properties through the inspection period when I was selling it, so I needed to get it resolved ASAP. I found them online and decided to give them a try, and was blown away by their service. While we coordinated a time with the tenants, there was a mix up and the tenants were not there for the scheduled appointment, and we couldn't access the house to complete the remediation, and it was going to delay COE. Heath went back out there after hours just to get it done, so we could close on time. I have definitely found my new termite company for sure, awesome service!
