I really appreciate Steve Bolton visiting my property almost immediately after I called. My tenant had called me freaking out about swarming termites. He provided guidance and explained the cycle of the various termites and explaining that it was not unusual this time of year. He also said there had been several reports of swarms at other properties in the area. Steve made two trips to the house and took several calls from me answering my questions and concerns. I rate Steve a 10!! The receptionist was also very cheerful and helpful.
