John, our technician, is really good. When he was here on June 4th, I asked him to leave a message for someone to call me re one of my units. That didn't happen.
When he came today, I told him so. He showed me that he had left a message at the office, however, no one came nor called me. I believe that message was for his supervisor, Sean. I don't usually get any response whenever a leave Sean a message. John always takes care of them - he is good! I would never have anyone come but John.
