I am a Realtor who has used the 2 local office of JD Smith and my clients have been very pleased with the professional services of JD Smith. David, Brain, and Tony have been great. I know there is one or two that I have missed. You will not go wrong and they offer their services, but are not pushy which is nice for my clients to have the option when the time comes.
