Called on a Monday. Spoke to Jaszmin live (that's right - not an automated "we'll get back-to-you"). Booked appt for 8:00am Wednesday (2 days later). Bosh and Josh showed up on time, and we're done in 30 mins. Nice to see that there's still companies out there that provide prompt and professional service, not to mention respectful of knowing how to tell time and arrive when scheduled!
