Sam my technician was so very knowledgeable, kind, and very thorough. He took the time to listen what was wrong with my HVAC unit and inspected everything. He took the time to look over the ducts and the rest of the unit in the crawl space (full of huge spiders) and took the extra time to diagnose the issue. Most techs that have come out spent much less time and ended up never fixing the issue. Sam knows his HVAC skills and I’m so grateful to have gotten him especially since we’ve been without air for over a month and been through two techs already with nothing resolved. Thanks Sam!
