From start to finish this was a great experience. The customer service was perfect as Joe listened to my situation and explained clearly what needed to be done. On the day of service, there was clear communication during all phases of the work. The exterminator was professional, knowledgeable, and walked through the house with me to understand the problem. I never felt rushed.
