I was very impressed and satisfied with Cowley’s services from start/initial assessment and recommendations by representative who came to my home...he was intelligent, informational, and personable/ to the timely arrangement of their crew to provide their services....the crew being refined, professional, and extremely nice...***** There is one issue which has me very concerned ...a contractor came to my home and when I told him Cowley Company sanitized my contaminated attic and blew borox insulation into the space, which ***according to the company representative makes the space uninhabitable to wildlife but IS SAFE AND NON TOXIC TO HUMANS...this contractor which is very familiar with raccoon infestation and attic decontamination...that it is actually one of the services he provides....was deeply concerned about the borox insulation....he told me to read the literature on it...that it is indeed toxic to both humans and even more to house/pets animals....I have been noticing that my sinuses/forehead area feels like I have been around bleach too much....It is a feeling familiar to me when I clean with bleach and have to stop, because the smell/vapor is too strong, and my sinuses start to burn me and I kind of get this vague headache....
