Eastside Ext's work is outstanding, with a 'team' approach and follow-up. This is a family-owned company and it shows: responsive, responsible, all-around excellent. They listen carefully, take the time to cover every detail. They're beyond polite - it's "deep courtesy" with smooth coordination within their company from the first person answering their phone to the last person doing a final check on your property. We've had an off & on need for exterminator services for years and this is the first time any company really dug in to cover every detail and answer every question and "stop up every single hole" plus much more! Their fees are as low, or lower, than competitors and the value is much higher.
