I use the pest and termite protection services. I've had them for approx. 6 years, they turn up on time and I've had very few bugs in the house since using them. The only problem we still have are with wasps still, but that's usually for short periods in summer, and I ask them to spray around eves at that time and it does seem to help keep them at a minimum.
